Information<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The PICO-RHEED allows crystal structure analysis of organic thin films because of enabling use with low-emission current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PICO-RHEED can significantly reduce sample damage caused by electron beams due to low -emission current, while enabling observation of high-brightness reflection electron diffraction images by using a dedicated MCP screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By replacing the MCP screen with a standard (optional), PICO-RHEED can be used as a standard RHEED to analyze inorganic thin films.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5
