Product Information
The PICO-RHEED allows crystal structure analysis of organic thin films because of enabling use with low-emission current.
PICO-RHEED can significantly reduce sample damage caused by electron beams due to low -emission current, while enabling observation of high-brightness reflection electron diffraction images by using a dedicated MCP screen.
By replacing the MCP screen with a standard (optional), PICO-RHEED can be used as a standard RHEED to analyze inorganic thin films.
